1. General Agreement & Age Requirements

By purchasing or downloading assets from LexsHub Models, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms. Our services are available only to individuals who are at least 13 years old. If you are underage, you must have the consent of a legal guardian.

2. Purchases and Refund Policy

All payments are final. Because our products are digital assets, we do not offer refunds, returns, or price protection under any circumstances. If your access is revoked due to breaking these terms, no refunds will be issued.

3. Intellectual Property & License

When you buy a product, you are purchasing a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use LexsHub Intellectual Property. You are permitted to:

• Use the assets for personal projects or commercially within your game server (e.g., in-game cosmetics, rewards, or store incentives).
• Use the assets in content creation, such as videos, streams, or promotional imagery.

You are strictly prohibited from:

• Redistributing, sharing, or reselling the source files, even if they are modified or bundled with other content.
• Claiming the creations as your own or using them for NFT (Non-Fungible Token) generation.

4. Distribution & Legal Action

Our 3D models and setups are independent digital art assets. As such, they are not governed by the Minecraft EULA. Any unauthorized distribution, piracy, or sharing of these files will result in immediate license termination and potential legal action.

5. Support & Disclaimers

LexsHub Models provides assets on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for any server data loss or profit loss. For technical support, please use our official Discord server. Do not use review sections to request support or report issues.
